Problem: I don't think that the corporate scandals due to ethics are gone by any stretch of the imagination. I think that as long as people work in scenarios that they have the chance and can be tempted to let ethics go loose then there will always be someone who does. People inherently think of themselves and the best way to gain and many times especially in business this leads directly to ethics. Just look at the TARP parachute that so many bank heads used to bail themselves out with taxpayer dollars after all of the threats that there would be none of that tolerated. People were given the chance to have control of so much and the power lead them to believe that they deserved more so they took.
