Control amount of moisture in grain

Grain elevators store hundreds of bushels of grain each year that is waiting to be processed. It's critical to control the amount of moisture in the grain so that it does not spoil. A large storage facility is deemed to be "out of control" if the percentage of the grain elevators having a moisture content is excess of ten percent is more than 1% and deemed to be "in control" if the percentage of the grain elevators having a moisture content in excess of ten percent is 1% or less.

150 grain elevators are randomly selected and the moisture content is measured. 2 of the elevators sampled have a moisture content is excess of 10%.

Is there sufficient evidence for the manager to conclude that the storage facility is "out of control"? Use a-0.05 level of significance.

A State the hypothesis (Ho & H1) and identify the claim

B. Compute the P-value

C. Compare P-value with significance level value (a value) and make final conclusion

D. Summarize the results in words

E. Explain the possible error make in the context of the prob
