Problem: Lecture 2 delineates some radical changes in the way in which both popular consciousness and what passed for science interpreted the world after new innovations and theoretical constructs "revolutionized" human understanding of the physical universe. What is your position on Kuhn's notion (see Lecture 2) that science advances by revolution rather than necessarily evolution? Do you believe that we are nearing more radical transformation due to new theoretical and practical innovation in science and technology?
