- Takes time with patient
- Goes the extra mile for the patient
- Is an advocate for the patient with physicians
- Responds quickly to patient call light
- Asks patient how he or she is feeling
- Seems to really care about the patient's recovery
Develop appropriate categories for these items and construct an affinity diagram.
