The data set drums. txt contains weights that were made on 30 drums of a chemical product. Weights were taken before the drums were filled (empty drum weight) and after the drums were filled (full drum weight).
(a) Construct a runs chart for the empty weight. Include a line at the average empty weight for reference and comment on the chart.
(b) Construct a runs chart for the full weight. Include a line at the average full weight for reference and comment on the chart.
(c) Construct a runs chart for the net weight. Include a line at the average and a line at the target of 411 and comment on the chart.
