Construct a 10 -20 question survey related to one of these areas customer satisfaction or customer retention to the new HEB Curbside Pickup Services (HEB is a grocery chain in Texas), being mindful of HEB's strategic goals and objectives.
NOTE: personal preferences
- As a woman I don't want anyone picking tomatoes or bananas or any fruits/vegetablesat the store for me
- Good cooks prefer to select the meat cuts for themselves some are too fatty
- Some produce is close to expiration date - do the store reps choose that or a later date on my behalf
- If I go to the store I buy some things not on my list - an advantage for the store
- The store sometimes has new products being advertised - how do you get curbside customers to try these?
