The weekly journal topics will be driven each week by questions that will guide you to reflect on how the learning in this class impacts your workplace and work. Entries will vary in length but most entries will be between 500 to 800 words. The entries will be part of your final project for the course.
Consider your results from the VIA Survey of Character Strengths results and how these impact your perspectives on all the advice and voices competing for your attention, reflect on the question for this week: How do your strengths as a manager affect your ability to hear the valuable voices while ignoring the less valuable pundits, theorists and other voices? You will likely find the websites you visited and/or your readings useful in guiding your thinking.
