1) "Monitoring Project Performance." Please respond to the following:
- Consider two (2) projects in which you have been involved (work related or personal projects).
- For each project, identify which of the project monitoring approaches described in the textbook would have been the most appropriate to use in monitoring project performance and describe why.
2) "Earned Value." Please respond to the following:
- Using the information provided in Exercise 13 at the end of Chapter 9 in the textbook, calculate the PV, AC, EV, SV, CV, SPI, CPI, TCPI, EAC, and revised duration values for weeks 1-7 for each activity.
- Assess the managerial implications of the performance results. What short-term adjustments should be made to the project?
- Describe which type of monitoring system was actually used in each of the projects you discussed.
- Assess how well the system that was used worked for the given project.
