Consider how power is used in your work or school environment in your everyday life. Respond to the following:
Describe the relationship between power and leadership.
Think about an effective leader whom you admire or a less effective leader with whom you have worked. Include an anecdote that describes this leader's behavior. Which power bases did this leader use in this anecdote? Which power bases did he or she often use?
Describe your experiences with good and bad bosses. They may be similar to those described in one of the above websites, or they may be unique.
