Conservation of electric charge

Assignment:

Question 1. A box has three identical bulbs mounted on its top with the wires hidden inside the box. Initially bulb A is the brightest and bulbs B and C are equally bright. If you unscrew A, bulbs B and C go out. If you unscrew B, A gets dimmer and C gets brighter so that A and C are equally bright. If you unscrew C, A gets dimmer and B gets brighter so that A and B are equally bright. If you unscrew B and C, A goes out. How are the bulbs wired?

Question 2. Explain why Kirchoff's first rule is equivalent to conservation of electric charge, while second rule is equivalent to the conservation of energy? Can you explain each of them using words for me to understand and but most importantly using equations to prove it.
