The core book of this module is 'Getting to yes' published by Fisher and Ury in 1999https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getting_to_YES(this link is a general overview of this book but u have to search for the real book) (if a PDF version of this book found, please forward a copy to me,thanks). you can go through this quickly and may find out some useful information or materials related to this coursework topic(I am not sure if there are some direct answers because i did not read before but obviously it has sth relevant). What i want to emphasize here is that remember my coursework provided THREE separate questions and the answers to these questions should be logically linked together as a whole essay to read in a final version.
