A crossover trial is conducted to compare an experimental medication for migraine headaches to a currently available medication. A total of 50 patients are enrolled in the study and are randomized to receive either medication in altering order. The outcome is the resolution of the headache pain in 4 hours. Among the 50 patients, 12 reported resolution of headache pain. Construct a two-sided 90% confidence interval for the proportion of patients who might experience headache resolution with the experimental medication.
