Confidence interval for the average length

One of most feared predators in ocean is great white shark. Although it is known that great white shark grows to mean length of 21 feet, a marine biologist thinks that the great white sharks off Bermuda Coast grow much longer beacuse of unusual feeding habits. To test this claim, researchers plan to capture number of full grown white sharks off Bermuda Coast, measure them and then set them free. But, because the capture of sharks is difficult, costly and dangerous, only three are sampled. The average length is 22 feet and standard deviation is 2 for the 3 sharks. Determine a 90% confidence interval for the average length of white sharks off the Bermuda Coast.
