The national transportation safety administration conducted crash test experiments on five compact cars. The head injury data recorded from crash test dummies in the driver's seat are as follows: 681, 428, 917, 898, and 420. New car design specifications are being considered to control the variation of the head injury measurements. Use the sample data to construction a 95% confidence interval estimate of the population standard deviation.
