Conduct an internal and external environmental analysis for your proposed new product or service.

Develop a SWOTT table summarizing your findings. Your environmental analysis should consider some of the factors stated below as applicable to what you are proposing.

For the selected factors, identify the one primary strength, weakness, opportunity, threat, and trend, and include it in your table. Include at least three findings for each of the four SWOT quadrants.
