Health Care Interview 1
I had the pleasure of conducting my interview on my mother, Helen Schultheiss. She has a Bachelor's of accounting degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. However, she has always worked in Information Systems. Helen is a Technical Specialist-ERP at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) in Cincinnati, OH. She works in the Information Services Department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Tech Specialist-ERP. Information Services designs, builds and supports most of the Technology that helps other employees do their jobs. From Epic to PeopleSoft, phones to emails, and a whole lot more, the IS department is partnering with the hospital employees at the point of care or working behind the scenes to make sure they have the tools to do their jobs.
