Standard: Staffing arrangements enhance children's learning and development and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Rating: Strength - this is strength because our service always ensures that child-educator ratios are adhered to. It is a standard that is strictly adhered to and was demonstrated when additional children wanted to participate in an unplanned activity. The group of children was divided into two groups so the correct ratio of educators to children was maintained.
