Problem
You are the business administrator of WorldCom; you have no idea what has been going on at the company and Cynthia Cooper approaches you to discuss her suspicions and to ask for your advice. Prepare a two page type-written report in which you discuss what you believe are your ethical responsibilities in this case. Make sure to include in your discussions the applicability to this case of the ethical positions advocated by Immanuel Kant, George G. Brenkert, and Sissela Bok in their respective articles found in Chapter 3 of the textbook. Also conduct research on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and include in your reports some of the ethical and/or legal obligations that the Act imputes on you. Additionally, you must prepare a presentation discussing the analysis and conclusions of your written reports.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
