Problem
Conduct research on a product offering from ANY three major HRIS vendors. Some vendors can be found at IHRIM com, and you can conduct more research on your own to find additional vendors. You are required to answer the following questions about the vendor:
i. Company/vendor name
ii. Product name
iii. Functionality in system (which HR functions are covered)
iv. System pricing (if available)
v. One unique and interesting functionality that surprised you
vi. A summary of customer reviews outlining the strengths and weaknesses of the product
For Initial research, you could conduct an internet search on top companies, such as Google, Microsoft, and General Motors, and find information on the HRIS vendors they utilize in their human resource management departments.
