Discuss the form or structure of the organization you currently work for or one you worked for in the past. Discuss why it it best suited for the conduct of its business. Where does the finance department fit within the organizational structure, and to what position does your finance director report? Is there another form that you might consider more advantageous? Discuss the pros and cons, given the nature of the organization.
