Analyzing the Impact of the External Healthcare Environment on an Organization

You will conduct in an in-depth analysis of a chosen healthcare organization and recommend evidence-based strategies to address organizational challenges and opportunities in a dynamic environment. For this assessment, you will provide the foundation for this analysis and apply an understanding of the external healthcare environment across core disciplines.

Complete the Organization Overview section and the first part of the PESTLE Analysis section of the project template. The sections should be 2-3 pages in length.
Use the same copy of the Course Project Template for each assessment, building on the document as you progress through the course. This will ensure cohesion.

• Conduct a general PESTLE analysis of your chosen organization.
