Conduct an Internet search on medical record forms. Describe the format in which the forms can be purchased in (e.g. vis disc, paper format through printing, etc.)? Explain the options for sample templates? Identify options to order paper forms in large volumes. Provide the link to the site(s), and provide an interesting marketing fact that the vendor is using to attract customers. Compare and contrast the pros and cons of this product and recommend how the product would be best utilized in the organization.
