Assignment:
Your paper should be formatted with 1 inch margins, 12point times new roman font, and MLA or APA formatting for the works cited. Your paper can include graphs, pictures, and tables, but these do not count toward the length of the paper. The final draft is to be 10 written pages (not to exceed 11 written pages).
Make sure to clearly delineate the economic implications of the problem, how the market failure can or should be corrected or how it was corrected. Basically, you should conduct an economic analysis of the market failure that exists from some environmental problem.
REMEMBER: the objective of the project is to apply the tools of economic analysis and reasoning.
Your analysis should be supported with information obtained from reputable sources (Not Wikipedia!Though often Wikipedia has solid references; you can use those as a starting point).
