Conduct an audit of anorganisation (or part of anorganisation or a process) of your choice vis-à-vis the provisions of ISO9001:2008or that of ISO14001
Highlight the major non conformities observed and work out the recommendations for achieving conformance.
Use the report and findings from the literature to convince the management of the company to go for certification. Also illustrate the benefits certification will bring to theorganisation (process).
