Case Scenario:
The Oldham Enterprise Fund is an innovative partnership between Get Oldham Working, Oldham Enterprise Trust, The Business Growth Hub, People Plus, Start-up Loan Scheme, Business Finance Solutions and Oldham Council, assisting budding entrepreneurs to bid for grants and low-cost loans. As well as grants and loans, the interested entrepreneurs are given a free programme of business support to help prepare their applications before presenting it to an assessment panel.
You are working as a Business Start Up Advisor for the Oldham council, providing advice and mentoring to small businesses on how to become a successful entrepreneur. You have been asked by your line manager to conduct a few tasks to inspire budding entrepreneurs who are approaching the council for grants.

1. Conduct an analysis of the entrepreneurial development programmes accessed in business management.
2. An explanation of the role of the entrepreneur in economic growth in a business.
3. Provide a description of the role of innovation in business.
4. Complete the handbook with an analysis of the social stability and balanced regional development of industries in entrepreneurship and development in business.
