Identify (and provide the URL) a Web site you visit frequently and identify 3 features of the site that cause you to return to it. Write a summary for each of the features and the location on the site where it can be observed. As an example you may choose to address (or select your own features):

• The information or reviews pertaining to the products,
• The ease of making a purchase, Access to chat rooms, Promotional offers, and Newsletters.
Go online and conduct a search on customer affinity. Select a company that provides customer affinity services and write one paragraph to address each of the following items.
• The services the company offers.
• How one gets started.
• The fee for the service (you may need to e-mail the company to get basic fee structure).
In 500-750 words (12 pt. font) prepared in a Microsoft Word document. The paper should be single spaced and sources should be used to support your conclusions.
