Problem: This activity requires observation. Conduct a roleplay with 2-3 of your peers playing the role of colleagues. Read through an organisational food safety program, take the role of a manager and communicate the information from the program to your colleagues. The information should be rephrased and summarised to make sure it is understandable for them. You must also explain how to work with the concepts of measurements when working in food production. This roleplay should last around 15-20 minutes.
