Conduct a research-based analysis on an existing loyalty/frequency program that you are familiar with. In such, you should research the company and cite a minimum of 5 scholarly articles on loyalty and frequency program literature. In addition, you should cite and review the company website. You should then compare and contrast what the company is currently doing to industry best practices, and make a minimum of three recommendations to update and revise their CRM tactics. These should be supported by relevant financial data in order to support your response (i.e., cost per acquisitions, cost of implementation, cost of operation, potential revenue, etc.).

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
