Conditioning:

Classical conditioning is about education a conditioned reply. This response is built by associating a conditioned stimulus with an unconditioned stimulus. Classical conditioning is fundamentally passive, an automatic reaction to stimuli. Operant conditioning involves cognitive process. In operant conditioning, performance is seen as a function of its consequences: People learn to behave a certain way to get something they require or avoid something they don't need. If Pavlov is the father of classical condition, than the father of operant condition is B. F. Skinner. A straightforward example of operant conditioning is a reward system: A person works because he gets paid-a pleasant importance, and so he will maintain to work as long as he gets the reward.
