Your analysis should address the following:
1) When and why did the concept of organizational culture become relevant and studied on a regular basis?
2) What factors contribute to organizational culture and how have these factors changed or evolved?
3) Identify advancements or changes in technology, society, or economics that may have contributed to changes in how the concept of organizational culture is perceived.
4) Predict how the concept of organizational culture may evolve over the next few decades given current societal developments.
