Computing the final angular speed of the discus

A discus thrower accelerates a discus from the rest to a speed of 25 m/s by whirling it via 1.25 revolutions. Suppose the discus moves on the arc of a circle 1m in radius. Avoiding any spin of the discus about its center of mass:

i) Compute the final angular speed of the discus.

ii) Find out the angular acceleration of the discus, supposing it to be constant.

iii) Compute the acceleration time.
