Compute the work and heat per unit mass

A piston-cylinder assembly contains a 2 phase liquid-vapor mixture of water, initially with a pressure of 500 kPA and a quality of 98%. Expansion occurs to a state with a pressure of 200 kPa. During the process, P*v = constant. Determine the work and heat, per unit mass, in KJ/kg.
