Compute the wavelength in both the water and glass


i) A ray of light originating in air is incident on the water (n (water) =1.33) at an angle of 60o. It then passes via the water, entering glass (n (glass) = 1.5) and lastly emerging back into the air again. Calculate the angle of emergence.

ii) When the wavelength of light employed above is 600 nm in air, compute the wavelength in both the water and glass.
