You are interested in this because you recently heard a report on the radio that stated 60% of all people have at least one tattoo. You take a random sample of 65 students at your school and find 36 of them have at least one tattoo.

Required:

Does this data indicate the percent of students at your school with at least one tattoo is different from 60%? Use a 1% significance level.
