Neglecting the mass of the person, neglecting friction, letting the mass of each arm be mA = 150kg, and assuming that the platform is releasd from rest when theta= 180 (degrees), compute the speed of the person as a function theta for 0 <= theta <= 180. In addition, find the speed of the person for theta = 0(degrees).
