Compute the ratio of times required to achieve temperatures

Assume that the heat treatment supervisor in charge of processing the some gears is on an economy program directed toward getting better life from an electric furnace. He recommends reducing the carborizing temperature from 1100 C to 1000 C, saying that the furnace life is much longer at the lower temperature, and that the carburizing time needed to get the same results will only be 1100/1000, or about 11% longer. Show that he is wrong by calculating the ratio of times required to achieve the same results at these two temperatures. Assume the iron in question is FCC. Given: Q=32900 cal/mol; Do=0.23 cm2/sec
