Compute the magnitude of linear acceleration

A pulley is made up from a uniform solid disk of mass m1 = 0.870 kg and radius r = 20.0cm. Wrapped around the outer radius is a mass less cord joined to a mass m2 = 0.260kg. A brake rests on the outer edge of the pulley and applies a net constant frictional force of 0.210N tangential to the surface of the pulley.

Compute the magnitude of linear acceleration of the mass m2 as it drops downwards and the tension in the cord.
