Compute the heat loss per one meter of pipe length

A pipe of negligible thickness has a hot fluid flowing inside it. It has a diameter of 0.6 m and a surface temperature of 165oC. It is in direct contact with air whose temperature is -18oC during the winter time. The air moves perpendicular to the steam pipe in cross flow with a free stream velocity of 5 m/s. Compute the heat loss per one meter of pipe length. Now, if the pipe is insulated with foam whose thermal conductivity is 0.04 W/(m K), compute the heat loss per unit length of pipe if the insulating layer has a thickness of 30mm.
