Compute net power output of plant-mass flow rate of river

A small Rankine power plant produces 25 kg/s of steam at 3 MPa and 600°C in the boiler. It uses water from a river to cool the condenser. The water comes into the condenser at 12°C and leaves at 15°C. The condensed steam leaves the condenser saturated at 45°C. Find the net power output of this plant and the required mass flow rate of river water. The turbine and pump operate isentropically.
