Compute and contrast the strengths and weaknesses of today's Federal Reserve operating procedures also monetary decision making policy with the Paul Volcker Case and the Federal Reserve's operating procedure that was used after October 6, 1979 to combat the banking system situation then and now. Fully explain both situations and provide sound economic analysis (theory and facts) of the comparison and/or differences between the two.
