Step 2 Create a 2 page interpretation and analysis of the key elements or components of the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution. Include in your analysis, the purpose of the Preamble and a discussion of whether the courts consider the Preamble (or any part thereof) relevant to or reflective of the actual Constitution. Please provide references in APA format.
