1. Self-Assessment Survey: Complete the Self-Assessment Exercise at the end of Chapter 11. Summarize the results of your self-assessment. Include the total scores for each of the four dimensions: (a) pay level, (b) benefits, (c) pay structure and administration, and (d) pay raises.
