Complete the deliberate reflection on philosophy in life

Assignment Problem: Our vision of the good life frequently goes by another name, our "philosophy in life." As a "philosophy in life," this is coupled and completed by a consequent list of do's and don'ts. This list or the do's and don'ts that are contained therein (sometimes they are very clear to us, having reflected on them; sometimes they are vague, again because of the result of lack of reflection on our part) make sense and have strong obligatory force on us because of the vision that we have.

To use an analogy, if one's goal (or vision) is to finish one's MBA program then it makes sense to adhere to certain rules like: fulfill all requirements of one's courses; allocate sufficient time for study; avoid being absent from classes; do not be dishonest intellectually; and so on. These rules are significant and exert influence on the person who has the above goal. Remove the goal or the vision, and these rules--this list of do's and don'ts--become meaningless and even non-obligatory.

Another analogy would be the case of aiming to lose weight or being healthier. Going on a diet ("do not eat these kinds of food") and exercising ("biking two hours twice a week") make sense because of the goal or target of losing weight or being healthier. Without the goal, the diet and the exercise routine become incomprehensible.

Now that you've stated your vision of life, let us complete the deliberate reflection on your "philosophy in life" by listing down 5 of your most important do's and 5 non-negotiable don'ts that result from that vision of yours.

(In case you've caught on, this is basically the same process of crafting one's vision-mission albeit in a more simplified manner.)
