Exercise company manufactures bike which is purchased and placed in Club. Patty is injured on bike when handlebars come loose gave way causing injuries to arm. Suit against Club based on strict product liability. Evidence employees of Club had received frequent complaints about handlebars of the bicycle and the employees of the club were constantly adjusting the handlebars without a solution. In action by Patty in strict product liability
Prevail as Club failed to warn Patty or correct the defect
or
not prevail as the Club is not a commercial suppler of the bicycle
