Overview
Write a 2-3-page reflection paper discussing the relationship between the dimensions and traits that we use to describe human personality. You may choose to take an online personality test or think about the results of a similar test you have taken in the past, perhaps related to your educational planning or a job.
For this assessment, you will analyze stages of development theory to your own personality and analyze the traits required for a job you either have now or would like to have in the future.
By successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the following course competencies and assessment criteria:
