Be sure to address the ethical issues inherent in compensation systems, paying particular attention to the ways in which ethics are involved in determining and administering compensations systems.
You will need a minimum of three peer-reviewed sources that deal specifically with reward system administration, and a minimum of three peer-reviewed sources that deal specifically with measuring the effectiveness of reward systems.
