For each company report the amount of capital spending for past 3 years. Quantitatively find out whether amount of capital spending has been reliable or if it has fluctuated. Make sure to give the computations utilized to find out your answer. Explain the capital expenditures of each firm and factors which impacted companies’ debt capacity and capital structure.
Then compare level of capital spending across two firms. Indicate how spending was similar and/or different and speculate why similarities or differences might exist. Support your analysis with confirmation by using in cite citations. Sum up your findings in 3 to 5 pages.
