What permenancy plans may effects the outcomes in youth in group and residential care?
2. Purpose of the Study (Specific objective of research study - problem statement)
Compared outcomes of youth in treatment foster care and those of youth in group care. Group care youth were more likely to be favorably discharged, more likely to return home, and less likely to experience subsequent placement in the first 6 months after discharge.
