You are instructed to ensure that your recommendation to the case study is based on subjective and clear analysis .you can use the available tutorial materials and recourses of project management to help you to conclude your analysis. Plagiarism is not accepted.
In the basis of and principles of project management, You are instructed to prepare any case at your working place, by choosing any subject in project management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, evaluating, project control....etc. . Your work should not be more than 10 pages, you can use the following guidelines to help you proceeding with this assignment:-
Introduction about the chosen case
Objectives and goals of the topic you going to investigate
Type/kind of problems you want to demonstrate for the same subject
The key of correct process that project manger are using
Comparing the key process with the current process and project manager roles
Find out the actual defect or problem (if any and how PM overcome these problems)
Conclusion and recommendation
Meeting with PM is recommended , try to focus on the process of project management, Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing out
