For this assignment, you are to review your current creative and critical thinking skills or those of a colleague who agrees to allow you to observe his or her classroom. If you are analyzing your skills in your own classroom, you may find it easiest to record yourself so you can fully review and analyze yourself. You must utilize an Online Library and integrate a minimum of two peer-reviewed journal articles in your reflection.
Your case study must be a minimum of three full pages in length, and you will compare and contrast effective creative and critical thinking. In addition to the three-page minimum, include a title page and a references page. You are required to use at least four sources. Your reflection should address the areas below.

2) How can an effective teacher employ critical thinking within the classroom?
3) What behaviors did you display that demonstrated creative thinking during your lesson?
4) What additional strategies could you have employed to embrace critical thinking while students asked questions?
5) Establish a plan for how you will modify your instructional strategies and teaching techniques to improve creative and critical thinking the next time you teach this topic.
